At Vida Holistic Health, we utilize the industry-leading Normatec system to provide a powerful and relaxing Compression Therapy experience designed to enhance circulation, stimulate lymphatic drainage, and significantly accelerate your body's recovery.
During your session, you'll simply recline comfortably while wearing the therapeutic sleeves—available for your legs, arms, or hips—as they rhythmically inflate and deflate with dynamic air pressure in a gentle, wave-like pattern.
For an even deeper level of restoration, you have the option to add on our restorative PEMF therapy, allowing you to simultaneously recharge your body at a cellular level while the compression soothes your muscles, leaving you feeling remarkably light, refreshed, and renewed.

This is the hands-on portion where the therapies are applied according to your personalized plan. Your practitioner will use the Normatec Legs, Normatec Arms, or Normatec Hips on the targeted areas, ensuring your comfort throughout the process.
Note: You'll have the option to add on PEMF therapy to your session if desired.

Follow Up
After your session, your practitioner will discuss how you're feeling and provide recommendations for home care (like hydration) and suggest a follow-up schedule if needed. Depending on your condition and goals, a series of sessions may be recommended to achieve optimal and lasting results for managing chronic pain, improving movement, or accelerating recovery.
